You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where 'Beeraholix&apos is hosted (Australia) or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that 'Beeraholix&apos have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. By using Beeraholix.com you agree that all posts made by you are your own responsibility. Beeraholix will not be held responsible for any post made by any individual.

Specifically Items/Comments will be removed (at the discretion of the administrators/moderators) if: - They contain an unacceptable amount of offensive language
- They are considered abusive
- They threaten, slander or insult other Beeraholix users
- They are distasteful, vulgar or contain offensive pornographic material
- They discuss illegal material
- They are not in the context of the forum (eg are SPAM or requesting referral credits (eg. please click on this link so i get money)
- They complain about moderation
- They are discussing administrative decisions

Other Guidelines
Accounts/ID's
You are required to have a single account (ID) that you will be known as an Beeraholix name on the site. Multiple accounts/ID's will not be permissable.
It is possible to have your account renamed by contacting an Admin.
Avoid comment hijack/off topic posting
Comment hijack is when a topics original subject is lost due to people getting way off the topic. This is not to say other valid points relating to the post in some way cannot be discussed but have a think about the relevance of your comment to the topic.
Comments off topic may be deleted or moved.

Beeraholix will provide information about posters details (email address, TCP/IP addresses etc) if lawfully requested by Police, or other appropriate law enforcement agency.

Finally Beeraholix moderators reserve the right to update the moderation policy as required without notification.
